jscreen is a national, nonprofit community-based public health initiative dedicated to the prevention of genetic diseases and hereditary cancers. jscreen seeks to address the critical gap in preventative care by educating individuals and the community on the importance of genetic testing. The program model combines at-home testing with telehealth genetic counseling to remove barriers to access and empower individuals to be advocates for their own health.
