Steven Phillips
Steven Phillips is an activist and community builder from London, on a mission to make Jewish workplace communities stronger, prouder, and a lot more connected.
Starting his career in IT and cybersecurity, while at Amazon, Steven founded the company’s Jewish Employee Group. In response to the challenges he faced, Steven went on to found JewishERGs, now the world’s largest network of Jewish ERG leaders, supporting communities across more than 230 workplaces globally. In 2024, he left his career in tech to become its full-time Executive Director.
Today, Steven focuses on building resilient Jewish workplace communities and training the next generation of ERG leaders, through community building, research, leadership development, and strategic support. He’s also a regular on stages and screens worldwide, facilitating workshops, events, podcasts, and panels both in person and online.
Bella Phillips
Bella often makes surprise appearances in the background of video calls, effortlessly brightening the mood with her fluffy Bichon Frise charm.
She is an avid lover of walks where she can explore every scent and sight with boundless enthusiasm but only when it’s not raining and there’s no mud to contend with!
Bella’s vocal personality shines through her enthusiastic barking, which occasionally adds a lively note to meetings usually when the doorbell rings.
Bella has a particular fondness for challah and is always excited and ready to eat her slice at the shabbat table.
