JewishERGs is delighted to share that our founder and Executive Director, Steven Phillips, has been named one of The Jerusalem Post’s 25 ViZionaries for 2026, coming in at No. 22 on the list.
The recognition celebrates the work behind JewishERGs: helping Jewish professionals show up at work as loud, proud, and visible Jews and Zionists. Across companies and countries, JewishERGs supports the leaders who build Jewish employee resource groups, spaces that create community, strengthen identity, and make room for open connection to Israel.
As the Jerusalem Post describes it, the work is about turning isolation into community and confidence. Through training on antisemitism, Jewish identity, and Zionism, Steven equips people with the tools to speak clearly and stand firmly, even in environments that can be challenging. The vision behind it goes beyond advocacy alone: it’s about embedding proud Jewish identity into everyday professional life, one workplace at a time.
We’re proud to see this work recognized, and even more proud of the growing global network of Jewish ERG leaders who make it happen every day.
